Spending the day with Rita and David was a lot of fun. We started things off at Mississauga Celebration Square with modern architecture that provided some neat backgrounds. After changing outfits we headed over to Kariya Park for a totally different environment just down the street. Both locations are beautiful and a must combo when shooting in this area, you’ll see what I mean when you take a look at many of my favourites below!
Erica + Robert | Toronto Engagement Session

It was the best day of the week for Erica and Robert, if you’re wondering why because due to severe weather last month we had to cancel multiple times for their session. We started with a Harley Davidson prop before heading downtown to our second location. Both of their outfits and personalities made for a casual, and sexy engagement session. We walked around Harbourfront Centre in Toronto after and walked away with many of my favourites below!

A few weeks ago I spent a super relaxing Saturday evening with Jessica and Keith for their engagement session. We went to Main Street Unionville in Markham for a mix of historical buildings and greenery in the parks. Their wedding is coming up in a few weeks and I can’t wait to see what we come up with! Lisa and Arthur flew in from Vancouver last month for their engagement session here in Toronto and surprisingly it was actually our first time meeting. We chatted for a bit and started shooting and I must say they pulled off a great session posing in front of a stranger kind of, well at least not anymore! Great job guys and your session totally reminded me of Stanley Park in Vancouver with all the trees but smaller. I’ll see you both next month, enjoy the pics!

Viki + Jakub | Yonge-Dundas Square Surprise Proposal

Hello Folks! I have a great surprise proposal to share today. Jakub reached out to me about his plan to propose a few weeks before the date so we had time to plot every aspect of the plan to perfection. The plan was to have the proposal at Yonge-Dundas Square at precisely 8:30pm after Viki’s surprise dinner with Jakub at the 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower. Why 8:30pm because Jakub had pre arranged for one of the video screens at the Square to reveal the proposal to Viki… more captions below! Viki had totally no clue at this time of what was coming ahead of her as Jakub reached into his bag.
Notice the lady in red, she was a random taking a photo of her friend and instead of doing that she turned right around and started taking photos of them.
Behind the scenes Jakub invited close friends and family to secretly share the wonderful moment with them from a distance. After hearing that magic word “YES” everyone came out from hiding to congratulate them and we later on went back to the Royal York Hotel for champagne and snacks to celebrate! Congrats to Jakub and Viki. I wish you both the very best!
